Innovative Minds provides professional development training and research and consultancy services to government and non-government agencies working across justice, health and community service sectors. Our team represents an inter-disciplinary collaboration of research/practitioners working across diverse disciplines, including: Social Work, Criminology, and Clinical and Forensic Psychology. We have extensive experience in the provision of quality professional development, train the trainer, program evaluation, organisational consultancy, academia, and private practice.

We offer professional development/training programs in Aggression Replacement Training (ART), Prosocial Modelling, Collaborative Family Work, Step-Up: Mindfulness based anger management. In addition to our published research, the training we provide draws on our own real-world experience as program facilitators. Hence, the Innovative Minds consultants and trainers are well regarded for their depth and breadth of knowledge and applied skill. We have delivered program training and quality assurance (QA) oversight throughout Australia, the UK, and Europe, including: Queensland Youth Justice; Her Majesty’s Prison Service; The Cognitive Centre; Western Australia Dept. of Justice; Juvenile Justice NSW; Dept of Justice Victoria.
